How to Invite Someone
- Go to your workspace settings — Open the workspace where you want to add a member
- Enter their email address — Type the email of the person you want to invite
- Send the invitation — They'll receive an email with a secure link and see a notification in their AmnPass dashboard (if they're an existing user)
- They accept — With one click, they join your workspace and can start receiving shared items

Existing AmnPass users see a notification badge in their dashboard. They can accept right there without opening email.
New User? No Problem
Seamless Signup + Accept
If the invited person doesn't have an AmnPass account yet, they can sign up and accept the invitation in one flow. The invitation link remembers their email, so they just need to create a password and they're in.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are invitations valid?
Invitations expire after 7 days. If someone doesn't accept in time, you can send a new invitation.
What if the invite email goes to spam?
Existing AmnPass users also receive an in-app notification, so they can accept even without the email. For new users, ask them to check their spam folder or send a new invite.
Can I cancel a pending invitation?
Yes. As the workspace owner, you can cancel any pending invitation from the workspace members page. The invite link becomes invalid immediately.
What if someone signs up with a different email?
Invitations are tied to a specific email address. The recipient must sign up or log in with the exact email that received the invitation.
How many people can I invite?
There's no limit on invitations. You can invite as many people as your plan allows for workspace members.
